Douyin “Safety and Trust Center” offline exhibition hall

In August 2025, Douyin’s “Safety and Trust Center” offline exhibition hall was officially completed. As an important extension of the online public disclosure system, the exhibition hall presents recommendation algorithm principles, product and content safety mechanisms, and community governance practices in an intuitive format, enabling the public to understand the platform’s safety capabilities and governance responsibilities in a more immersive and accessible way. Together with the website, this offline space forms an “online + offline” transparency system, making algorithms and platform rules open and tangible rather than abstract, and providing a practical, implementable case study for building safety and trust systems across the industry.
